  • Recreational Classes

    It all begins with the basics. From skipping, stretching and learning handstands, all gymnasts start at the beginning. Our recreational classes are design to help kids explore the sport of gymnastics in a playful enjoyable manner.

    Pre School
    Tiny tumblers play, giggle, and bounce in short, high-energy sessions. Games and obstacle courses teach rolls, cartwheels, safe vault basics, coordination, balance, and confidence.

    School Age
    Energy becomes skill with technique drills, floor routines, beam basics, and trampoline fun. Dynamic coaching builds strength, flexibility, teamwork—great for beginners and advancing kids.

    Pre Team

    Focused, upbeat training for advanced tumbling, complex routines, strength work, and competition prep. Individualized drills enhance technique, confidence, and consistency. Enrollment based on coach assessment.

    Classes are weekly and range from 45min-1hr.

  • Competitive Teams

    Gymnastics can be a competitive sport. Through our teams, kids learn more complex elements of gymnastics

    Training Focus:

    • Advanced skill development across events (vault, parallel and high bars, beam, floor, pommel, rings).

    • Strength, flexibility, conditioning, and injury prevention.

    • Routine composition, execution, and competitive consistency.

    • Mental skills: focus, goal-setting, time management.

    Practice Structure:

    • Multiple weekly sessions (often 3-15+ hours per week depending on level).

    • Warm-up and strength circuits, skill stations, event-specific runs, and routine repetition.

    Competition:

    • Regular participation in local, regional, and national meets according to gymnast level.

    • Emphasis on routine completion, sportsman ship and progression during the season all while achieving individual gymnast goals.

    Coaching & Support:

    • Experienced, certified coaches with experience in coaching competitive gymnastics.

    • Individualized development plans, regular feedback, and parent communication.

    • Focus on wellness and health as it pertains to young athletes.

    Commitment & Expectations:

    • Strong athlete and family commitment to training schedule, meet travel, and club policies.

    • Positive attitude, teamwork, punctuality, and adherence to safety protocols.
