KiNetic Gymnastics Training Center was founded in 2023 to meet a need for boys gymnastics in Moore County. During the interval time a committed group of competitive gymnasts has trained in temporary sites to continue to compete at the regional and national level. Watching the renovation has been motivating and we are so excited to have a home in West End!
We’re a friendly team of coaches and fans who believe gymnastics should feel exciting, safe, and—above all—fun. Many were gymnasts themselves and want others to experience the same joy they had as a kid. From a child’s very first cartwheel, we focus on building skills and confidence one smile at a time.
Meet the Team
Anita Kelso, Owner/Head Coach
With a vision for building something meaningful, Coach Anita has been training gymnasts since 2002. While she coaches boys’ and girls’ teams, the last 10 years has been dedicated to coaching boys’ teams. She is a USAG certified coach who is involved in NC Men’s Gymnastics on their Elite team staff. In the past, she has been voted Optional NC coach of the year. Several of her former gymnasts have gone on to compete at the United States Military Academy, Naval Academy and the Puerto Rican National Team. She brings a wealth of hands-on experience to gymnasts of all levels.
