Recreational Gymnastics

Discover fun, confidence-building recreational gymnastics for kids! Our friendly classes teach balance, strength, flexibility, and coordination through age-appropriate drills, games, and routines. Small groups and positive coaching let each child progress at their own pace while building teamwork, focus, fitness, and friendships in a safe, supportive environment. Come flip, tumble, and grow with us!

Classes are available for all levels for pre-school and school age children. Classes are usually 45min-1hr weekly and arranged by age. Kids less than 5 years old will be in mixed gender classes. After 5 years old classes will be dedicated to boys and girls classes
Competitive Team Gymnastics

Competitive team gymnastics at KiNetic blends precision with relationship. Athletes train on all events—sharpening skills and learning confidence. Teamwork drives progress, friendship and sportsmanship. For kids craving challenge, camaraderie, and the thrill of sticking landings, it's the ultimate place for strength, grit, and lasting memories.

Typically for athletes who have completed compulsory or beginner levels and demonstrate readiness for higher-intensity training and competition. Levels are determined together with coaching staff and based on athlete ability in performing necessary skills.
Pre-team is available to help selective gymnast transition from recreational to competition team.
