KiNetic Gymnastics Training Center was founded in 2023 to meet a need for boys gymnastics in Moore County. During the interval time a committed group of competitive gymnasts has trained in temporary sites to continue to compete at the regional and national level. Watching the renovation has been motivating and we are so excited to have a home in West End!
We’re a friendly team of coaches and fans who believe gymnastics should feel exciting, safe, and—above all—fun. Many were gymnasts themselves and want others to experience the same joy they had as a kid. From a child’s very first cartwheel, we focus on building skills and confidence one smile at a time.

Safe, supervised spaces: Our facilities are designed and maintained to meet safety standards for all ages. From beams to bars to mats, our equipment is regular maintained and cleaned. All of our team members maintain SafeSport certification. We want our parents to feel confident about your child’s environment.

Gymnasts of different abilities train together in an atmosphere that develops determination and sportsmanship. We want our gymnasts to develop life skills like confidence, discipline and resilience. Expert coaching: Our coaches are essential members of the team! Every class is guided by certified coaches who love sharing their knowledge and passion for gymnastics. They do this through programs that are designed with individual goals and measurable milestones. Coaching emphasizes developing body awareness, proper technical skills, and rapport with each gymnast.
